The crew of Aspen Hill Exxon. This photo was taken for their new website and to also be used on social media. They have a very strong base of older customers, but wanted to also attract a younger audience. We developed content for them with that in mind.
We asked Aspen Hill Exxon how they wanted new and existing customers to perceive them. The shop owner explained how he wanted their page and content to make people happy and to feel good, and to make people feel comfortable in bringing their car in for repairs. Here we directed Dan to act as though he were a therapist asking a car that’s being worked on what is wrong with it.
